Mary Ann Ferris-Young is a TripSpark Account Manager in the Midwest who brings a wealth of knowledge from her experience with both a transit authority and a consulting firm. Mary Ann spent eight years managing the day-to-day operations of their carpool and vanpool program, a hotel shuttle and JARC/New Freedoms projects. She also worked for an international consulting firm focusing on national and international mobility management programs and software compliance for paratransit and carpooling.
